Substitution Policy

For "Same day" orders due to availability of certain flowers substitutions may be made for the same or Greater Value and colors will be accurately matched.

CANCELATION POLICY / RETURN
Cancelations are not allowed 30 minutes after order has been place, cancelations will result in a partial refund of 50%,

NO RETURNS.

DELIVERY & PICK UP POLICY

Same Day Delivery Cut Off Time:"1:00pm" If you would like to order after that 1:00pm for same day delivery give us a call and we maybe able to assist you.

We do not accept timing deliveries for "same day delivery", only funerals with timed visitations will be accepted for "same day delivery"

For same day pickup please allow us time to prepare the order, place your order at least a 2 hour prior to pickup time.
